Registration opens after 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, followed by a welcome event that evening. Plan to arrive with enough time to check in, pick up your badge, and get settled before the evening begins. Conference programming continues through approximately 3 p.m. on Friday, May 7
Parking, airport transportation, and other travel details will be added to the Venue page as the event approaches.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including inability to attend. Ticket Transfers: If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge up until May 1, 2027. To transfer your ticket, please send an email to events@servicetrade.com with the new attendee’s name and contact information. Transfer requests submitted after May 1, 2027 cannot be accommodated.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.Business casual attire is recommended. You’ll be moving between sessions, networking events, and the exhibit hall, so comfortable shoes are a good idea.
Bring your event confirmation, a government-issued ID, and anything you prefer for taking notes. A laptop is optional. Most attendees will only need a phone, charger, and a few business cards.

Check-in will be located at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter. Look for TradeConnect signage and the registration desk when you arrive. Final check-in details will also be sent to registered attendees before the event.
